Updating registry through cmd
These values were pulled from Pu TTY and other Solarized terminal profiles.This allows the same ANSI escape sequences to show the same in ANSI supported terminals.
In simple terms, The Registry or Windows Registry contains information, settings, options, and other values for programs and hardware installed on all versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Inspired by this post Making Solarized work for cmd.exe, Bash on Ubuntu on Windows, and Power Shell, and striking a balance with how other Solarized projects are implemented presents some challenges.
